After I sent my logo of my pendant we narrowed it down and started the process. I then picked out the perfect chain size that would b Perfect. They kept me updated on all of the steps they were making and send videos and pictures. The payment process was perfect because it allowed me to pay as the steps were being made. The package arrived in the jewelry box perfect and right on time. I’m currently ordering new pieces now because as you shop they offer discounts for their customers.
