Every 365d4u custom jewelry order is made to order. Our team confirms your idea, prepares design previews, shares production updates, and asks for your approval at key steps before moving forward.

Custom Jewelry Process

Submit your idea or reference image. Send us your design idea, name, letters, numbers, logo, photo, or reference image.
Get a quote. We review your idea, material preference, stone choice, size, and design complexity before confirming the estimated price.
Pay the first deposit. A $100 first deposit starts the custom design process.
Receive design preview. We prepare the first design image for your review, usually within 3 days after the first deposit.
Confirm 3D mock-up. After you approve the design preview and make the next payment, we create a 3D mock-up for your confirmation.
Mold and production. Once the 3D mock-up is confirmed, we move into mold making, casting, hand detailing, polishing, plating if applicable, and stone setting.
Receive production updates. We send progress photos or videos during production so you can follow your custom piece as it is being made.
Final approval. Before shipping, we send final photos or videos for your review and confirmation.
Final payment. After final approval, you complete the remaining balance before shipment.
Shipping and after-sales support. We ship your custom piece and continue to provide customer support for shipping questions, warranty service, and after-sales needs.
