Production Time

Custom orders will take up to 3–4 weeks for production as these products are made to order and are subject to specific handcrafted production and quality control.

United States Address

  1. Order over $300 (two options):
    • Free shipping: FedEx (7–9 business days). Signature optional.
    • $30 shipping fee: DHL (4–6 business days). Signature optional.
  2. Order $0–$300:
    • $35 shipping fee: FedEx (7–9 business days). Signature optional.
    • $60 shipping fee: DHL (4–6 business days). Signature optional.

We cannot use USPS or ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses.

Non‑US Address

  1. Order over $300:
    • Free shipping: FedEx or DHL (4–6 business days). Signature optional.
  2. Order $0–$300:
    • $35 shipping fee: FedEx or DHL (4–6 business days). Signature optional.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be required by your local customs authority. These charges are not assessed or calculated by custom365d and are not included in your order total.

  • Applies to deliveries to all countries (including the US, Canada, Australia, and EU member states).
  • Customers are responsible for any duties & taxes incurred once your parcel reaches the destination country.
  • Rates vary by destination and item value; please check with your local customs office.
  • Couriers may require payment of duties/taxes prior to final delivery.
