I was reassured with thoughtful and timely progress reports (in the form of photos and videos via messenger). Plus, there were updates every few days. Once I saw an actual video of the product, I was convinced. I paid the balance and received the ring quickly. I was also given a tracking number to locate its trek across the ocean, to the sunny shores of California. Alas, I received notification from FedEx that my beautiful jewelry had arrived safely in Fresno. I was surprised at how bulky and massive it was. And it shined in glistened with radiant beauty.
