A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: 14–30 business days
Order processing time refers to the period between when a customer places an order and when the order is handed over to the delivery service.

Please note that our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. In such cases, we will take steps to keep any shipping delays to a minimum.
