Production Time

Custom orders will take up to 3–4 weeks for production as these products are made to order and are subject to specific handcrafted production and quality control.

United States Address

Orders over $300:
- Free shipping: UPS (9–15 business days).
  - Signature service available if requested.
  - Important: UPS Free Shipping is currently experiencing significant delays (several weeks)due to limited flight availability and customs clearance issues. We strongly recommend choosing an upgraded shipping option instead.
  - If you choose the Free Shipping option, any shipping delays, package loss, or customs-related issues will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by us.
- $20 shipping fee: FedEx (3–5 business days) or $30 shipping fee: DHL (3–5 business days).
  - Signature service available if requested.
  - May sometimes experience customs clearance delays.
  - Customers must follow our customs clearance instructions only.
  - Please follow our customs instructions and do not submit any documents without checking with us first. Any delays or additional duties caused by unauthorized document submissions will need to be handled by the customer.
Orders $0–$300:
- $35 shipping fee: FedEx (7–9 business days).
  - Signature optional.
  - Possible customs delay.
  - Please follow our customs instructions and do not submit any documents without checking with us first. Any delays or additional duties caused by unauthorized document submissions will need to be handled by the customer.
- $60 shipping fee: DHL (3–5 business days).
  - Signature optional.
  - Possible customs delay.
  - Please follow our customs instructions and do not submit any documents without checking with us first. Any delays or additional duties caused by unauthorized document submissions will need to be handled by the customer.

Order over $300:

Order $0–$300:
- $35 shipping fee: FedEx or DHL (4–6 business days).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be required by your local customs authority. These charges are not assessed or calculated by custom365d and are not included in your order total.

Applies to deliveries to all countries (including the US, Canada, Australia, and EU member states).
Customers are responsible for any duties & taxes incurred once your parcel reaches the destination country.
Rates vary by destination and item value; please check with your local customs office.
Couriers may require payment of duties/taxes prior to final delivery.
