This team has the best customer service out of anybody I’ve ever dealt with, they have every type of diamond, they make sure to get you exactly what you want & quick turnaround, daily updates, pictures & videos. When I was not the market for a pendant , I had couple people with late responses, or would just give me a plain response. When I found custom365d , they immediately responded great communication on what I wanted & the exact details to my liking , every step I was being notified, & when it got shipped out it only took a couple of days to arrive! I got another order I put through the wait was long but that’s because they take there time in the craftmanship of the jewelry ! I couldn’t be happier anything they ever made me including rings necklaces and pendants came out better than I ever imagined
